We are offering the following vacancy in Helsingborg, with an immediate start: Purchaser (m/f/d)


What you will do:

  • Procurement and Supplier Management: Handle the procurement of materials, technical components, and services, while building and optimizing supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
  • Implement procedures: Developing routines, forms & check-lists
  • Secure and develop the company`s supply chain both strategic and operational: Create agreements, financial checks, purchase order validation, supplier evaluation.
  • Tender Support and Compliance: Assist in tenders for specialized equipment for construction, maintenance, and operations, and ensure environmental data and material usage are reported accurately to authorities in compliance with regulations.
  • Performance and Metrics Ownership: Manage key metrics such as delivery precision, cost optimization, and sustainability efforts, taking ownership of performance outcomes to drive continuous improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Strategy Development: Collaborate across departments to refine procurement strategies, improve workflows, and foster continuous process improvements.
  • Innovation and Solution Implementation: Identify opportunities for enhancing procurement practices and collaborate with internal teams to implement innovative solutions that improve productivity and procurement quality.

What are we looking for?

What are we looking for?

  • Academic degree in engineering, business or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years of procurement experience of the construction industry with extensive knowledge of general and contractual rules and regulations in the construction industry.
  • Negotiating skills, a strategic mindset and a strong commercial approach
  • Disciplined and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize many tasks, always with a team player attitude.
  • Self-sufficient and independent: You thrive in situations where you take ownership and lead tasks to completion without requiring constant supervision.
  • Positive attitude: approach work with enthusiasm and energy
  • Problem solving ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Get stuff done attitude: you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
  • Constant Learner: actively seek new knowledge and skills
  • Convincing and strong communicative skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish. English is our business language and so are all reports.

As our business grows, we are looking for someone to strengthen our operations through strategic procurement and supply planning. In this role, you will manage increasing procurement volumes and ensure reliable sourcing of materials, services, and equipment for our company. You’ll optimize procurement strategies for long-term value creation, manage the supplier base, and streamline purchasing processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability. You’ll also ensure compliance with environmental, quality, work environment standards and with Eiffage guidelines and ethical standards. You will play a key role in shaping and managing procurement strategies, supporting our Managing Director and actively influencing the company in achieving goals and objectives.
